Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. Her previous roles included an presidential candidate as well as an anchor on TV at MSNBC. She is also a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and a former co-host on The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were leaving the show in order to start their own project called Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is the co-host of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. Her guest appearances on the show include Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball says that her political interest to her experience after becoming an expectant mother in the 2008 primary elections and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected the people of that country, and came to appreciate for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district for the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She was the host of The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 15, 2015. She created the People's House Project, an action committee working for Democratic causes in May 2017.
